Please note that blind boxes are regarded as special merchandise. Returns and exchanges are not permitted unless there are quality issues.

If there are any quality issues with your purchase, we offer a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

• Return/Exchange Requests: All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To request a return, please contact our customer service team. Requests made after 7 days from receiving the item will not be accepted.
• Damaged Packaging Disclaimer: We do our best to carefully pack each product, but we cannot guarantee that boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. Any damage to the outer packaging is the responsibility of the shipping company, and beyond our control. We are only responsible for damage to the figures inside the blind boxes.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, the refund will be refused.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product received. Hence, we strongly encourage customers to carefully consider their blind box purchase. The inherent excitement of the blind box experience lies in its unpredictable nature, and this policy is in place to maintain that thrill.
